Discovering Tanzania

With a surface of more than 945 thousand sq km, the country is a true sanctuary for wildlife. 10% of the total area of its territory is protected. Tanzania means vast areas of virgin baked by the intense African sun, great mountains (Kilimanjaro is the roof of Africa) and endearing Lake (Victoria and Tanganyika). Go on a safari in this country is a great leap into the past, to those times that today only occur in certain places as it is the case of the Ngorongoro crater (the 8th wonder of the world) or the Park between the parks: the majestic Serengeti , birthplace of the famous great migration famous in the world.

When to go?

The dry season runs from May to October being the months of December to February the hottest. The long rainy season begins in early March and runs until early May. The short rainy season runs from early November until mid-December; Here the rains are more intermittent and it is perhaps the best time to visit the Serengeti as the abundance of wildlife is important and it is not so crowded of tourists.
